Simple chicken kebabs
A great option. Simply take some chicken breast pieces and some vegetables, chopped into chunks (peppers and courgettes work well). Then stick them all in a bowl and mix together with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Now place them on skewers.
Grill on your fire pit for approximately 15 minutes, remembering to turn them regularly and to make sure that they don't burn. Check that the chicken is cooked properly before serving.
Peppered steaks
So simple and yet sure to be a winner!
About 15 minutes before you're ready to cook them, cover your stakes liberally with freshly ground black pepper. Now grill them to taste. Before serving, allow to stand for 5 minutes.
